Why This Summit? Why You?

Higher education in Canada is at a breaking point.

As a Dean, you’re navigating historic pressures—from funding instability to international student caps, enrollment volatility, and rising political scrutiny.

While some retreat or delay, this summit is for leaders like you—ready to meet this moment with clarity, courage, and action.

What to Expect

This one-day summit is a strategic recalibration.

With expert facilitation from Tidal Equality and a small cohort of peers, you’ll:

✅ Engage in peer-to-peer discussions and collaborative problem-solving
✅ Apply the Institutional Resilience Framework™ to your unique challenges
✅ Move beyond crisis thinking toward strategic innovation
✅ Build meaningful relationships with fellow Deans driving change

Plus: A beautiful shared lunch, purposeful setting, and moments to reflect.
