Certification and Training
Over the course of 10 peer learning sessions, you will become a Certified Equity Sequence® Trainer. You’ll finish with a certification that gives you the skills and confidence you need to teach the Equity Sequence® method, a tool used by thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations, including some of the world’s top brands. You will be equipped to empower others to multiply impact right away.

In addition to hands-on learning, you will have exclusive access to customizable resources and materials to make your training practice uniquely yours. You’ll also be invited to quarterly connection and peer support events where you can celebrate successes and gain insight. Certified trainers will be recognized with certificates, email badges, and a comprehensive listing on Tidal Equality’s website.
Exclusive License
As a Certified Equity Sequence® Trainer, you will join a growing network of professionals who are licensed to train their colleagues, teams, and community members in the Equity Sequence® method. Instead of learning Equity Sequence® via the online course, or hiring our team to facilitate a workshop, you will be equipped to teach the method with confidence, clarity, and a high degree of efficacy. Be the one who can help your peers translate their good intentions into meaningful outcomes.
10 Sessions of Peer-to-Peer Support and Expert Mentoring
Gain the knoweldge and skills you need to confidently facilitate Equity Sequence® workshops and trainings through the interactive live sessions, hands-on practice, and mentorship. Develop a deep understanding of the Equity Sequence® method, learn how to create inclusive learning environments, gain coaching skills to guide participants through the process, and build facilitation techniques that foster critical thinking, engagement, and equitable innovation.

This program is perfect for professionals who have experience with the Equity Sequence® and want to become certified to train others. Whether you’re in a leadership role, a DEI practitioner, or simply passionate about equity, this certification will empower you to lead others through transformative, equity-focused workshops.

To earn certification, participants must attend at least 7 of the 9 live sessions, complete all assignments and reflections, and successfully lead a practice training. No prior facilitation experience is necessary—just a commitment to equity and a willingness to learn.

As a certified Equity Sequence® trainer, you will have access to ongoing mentorship, quarterly community events, and a rich library of training resources. Additionally, your name will be listed on Tidal Equality’s website, offering visibility and recognition in the field of equitable innovation.
