Certification and Training

Over the course of 10 peer learning sessions, you will become a Certified Equity Sequence® Trainer. You’ll finish with a certification that gives you the skills and confidence you need to teach the Equity Sequence® method,  a tool used by thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations, including some of the world’s top brands. FAQs

  • This program is perfect for professionals who have experience with the Equity Sequence® and want to become certified to train others. Whether you’re in a leadership role, a DEI practitioner, or simply passionate about equity, this certification will empower you to lead others through transformative, equity-focused workshops.

  • To earn certification, participants must attend at least 7 of the 9 live sessions, complete all assignments and reflections, and successfully lead a practice training. No prior facilitation experience is necessary—just a commitment to equity and a willingness to learn.

  • As a certified Equity Sequence® trainer, you will have access to ongoing mentorship, quarterly community events, and a rich library of training resources. Additionally, your name will be listed on Tidal Equality’s website, offering visibility and recognition in the field of equitable innovation.
