Do you do unconscious bias training? +
No, we don’t. Research shows unconscious bias training doesn’t work. You can read more about that here. Instead, we equip people to begin identifying current and emerging equality challenges present in their community or organization and its thinking with our Not Unconscious Bias Training Rising. When you’re ready to begin to solving your equality challenges, invest in making a Wave.

Host a Rising! We will faciliate an uplifting, consciousness-raising conversations with your friends, colleagues, team, or community on topics you care about. Participants are equipped with a critical thinking framework they can apply to build equality differently.
