The Consequences
Stymied economic growth, social & economic problems, stunted innovation & progress
At home and around the world, people continue to suffer as a direct result of inequality. In our societies, inequality is the root cause of poverty. In our organizations, inequality means that many will not achieve their full potential. People experience inequalities because of bias and social constructs like racism, sexism, classism, homophobia, ableism, and xenophobia, etc.
Conscious and unconscious bias are in the air we breathe. Bias is deeply rooted in our social histories and experiences, and it is difficult, if not impossible, to “train out of” the individual with conventional bias training.
But we can train individuals to interrupt bias in our systems.
Inequality Is Ubiquitous
Too often, biases undercut our decisions and reduce the positive potential impact of our social and economic ventures. They also perpetuate and exacerbate barriers to equality of opportunity for people in our organizations and communities, preventing them from achieving their full potential.
We don’t do bias training because it doesn’t work. Instead, we have developed the Equity Sequence™️, that empowers you to disrupt bias and inequities in your thinking, processes, and systems, in order to build greater equity, and ultimately - equality.
How is inequality limiting your success?
We can help you ask critical questions to uncover and uproot inequality where you live, work, and play.
